I heard this song in Grand Theft Auto 3, and I always like the bassline cause it was kind of creepy and
 groovy and I noticed no one has tabbed it.  The whole song is pretty much 4-5 notes but there are a lot of 
variations and the pattern isn't too noticeable if there is one, but anyways good luck on not getting 
confused.  I cleaned it up the best that I could
