The Prince & Old Lady Shade off of Ninth. Play with distortion. I'm not 100%
certain, but there may be a slight variation on Part III that is played during
the outro. If you guys catch it (or any other discrepancies) let me know! 
Additionally, on the recording it sounds like you slide up to the 8th fret
on E instead of playing the 3rd fret on A, but live Emilio appears to play it
as I've written. Enjoy!
