This song, like all Pavement songs, sounds as if it's tuned alternately
because of all the extra notes in chords, but here is my version of Unfair...
best I can do anyway.

For the part after the break, just fool around with the higher octaves and notes.
You can hear the bass playing extra notes too at the outro, if you want to play
them on the guitar they're E(play open E then slide to 12th fret), A, and B

Like I said, this isn't exact because there might be more to the chords than
what i put here, and Malkmus is probably tuned alternately, but these are pretty
much the correct notes.
