Pippin - No Time At All

I chorded this out for piano but you can ovi play on guitar too. I haven't tried it on guitar yet but you
might want to capo the 3rd or 5th, whatever helps you hit those notes. Also, this is a pretty close
rendition of the song. A few chords here and there aren't perfect but it does the trick...Jazz Hands!

Pippin ?? No Time At All

Intro:
     Am Em F

             Dm G
Through your cataracts and catarrh
           F G C
You could squander away or sequester
  F G Em
A drop of a precious year

The rest'er twice as dear

What good is a field on a fine summer night
       F G
If you sit all alone with the weeds
     C G
Or a succulent pear if with each juicy bite
     F G
You spit out your teeth with the seeds
   Am Em Am Em
Before it's too late stop trying to wait
     Am G F
For fortune and fate you're secure of
            Dm C Dm Em Am
For there's one thing to be sure of mate

There's nothing to be sure of

C G
I've never wondered if I was afraid
     F G
When there was a challenge to take
C G
I never thought about how much I weighed
     F G
When there was still one piece of cake
Am Em Am Em
Maybe it's meant the hours I've spent
         Am G F
Feeling broken and bent and unwell
            Dm C Dm Em Am
But there's still no cure so heaven-sent
       Dm F G
As the chance to raise some hell

??Everybody?

Good deeds and good work earns you laurels

But what could make you feel more obsolete
           Dm F G
Than being noted for your morals?

C G
Give me a man who is handsome and strong
F G
Someone who's stalwart and steady
C G
Give me a night that's romantic and long
F G
Then give me a month to get ready
    Am Em Am Em
Now I could way-lay some aging roué

And persuade him to play in some cranny
         Dm C Dm Em Am
But it's hard to believe I'm being led astray

By a man who calls me granny
