The intro to Slow Motion is C, Am, C, G, and you have to down stroke then up  
stroke will changing the chord( like c to am) so that You get the sound of the  
bottom 2 or 3 strings on the previous chord.

Also i play it were I palm mute to stop the sound like a dead note dont let it
