This is for those who are starting to use 
double pedals.

Those who have watched Mike Portnoys drum
videos have seen these exercises before,
I putted them for those who haven?t.
Train these with metronome.

                                          but do that also very slowly.

When you get that going best as you can, do it even better.
When you have perfected these to yourselves, you can learn to play
any double bass beat in the world. But don?t take it literally.
What I mean is that these are bases of all double bass pedal beats.
