This is a great beat/ fill to use when you want a song to go from
4/4 into a 3/4 section and then back to the 4/4 part. I\'ll just use
some simple but cool sounding beats to make it a bit easier.

now for the 3/4, the pulse is the same as the triplets in the 4/4
measure, so the triplet and comparative 4/4 counting is under 
the 1+2+3+.
